ONLINE The process for submitting a public notice on this site is easy and user friendly.
Step one
Register page, insert name, address email and enter a password. This in the future will allow you to access notices that you have submitted and for any subsequent renewals through the login area.
All correspondence including receipt of payment will be sent to the details entered in this section.
Step Two
Create a public notice by selecting the business and type of notice you want to submit. Select the District Licencing Agency who you made your application with and then fill in the rest of the form.
Note: Be sure to use all the same details that were used in your application form. The details will be checked against the application form. Public Notices Ltd - where possible - will check the notices for the correct information. Public Notices Ltd will not be held responsible for any errors on the website or in print (see terms and conditions)
Step Three
Confirm your notice from the preview and go to the secure credit card payment gateway to complete the transaction.
Public Notices Online accepts Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, AMEX and Diners Club.

To insert a public notice via fax you need to fill out the appropriate form available here -

Then fax the form to 0800 200 446.
Please be aware that you will need to fill in your credit card details on the form or alternatively you can fax the form and phone in the credit card details on 0800 200 445. If you wish to send a cheque and fax the form in please call us to make arrangements as we do require full payment before the second notice is published.

Publishing Days
Your notice will be submitted for the next newspaper publishing round which is either: • Tuesday if you submit this form after midday Thursday and before midday Monday, or on • Friday if submitted after midday Monday and before midday Thursday.
The second notice will be repeated on the same day the following week. This is recommended by DLA's and works with the requirement for renewal notices to be published within 10 working days of the application.
For applicants applying for a grant the notices have to be published within 20 working days of the application which easily fit within these guidelines.
Applicants using the Auckland City DLA will have their notices published in the NZ Herald.
