ALCOHOL NOTICES - Pricing and Deadline Information:

Your legal requirements for placing a public notice are outlined on Auckland Council website - Click here .

Below is a summary and all your requirements can completely managed on this website easily. 

• Submit an online notice through this website and we will make your notice available online as required by the regulations.
• You will also need to publish one or two notices (depending on risk category) in your local newspaper. We offer this option at a discounted rate and is just selected as an option at payment. No additional information is required.
• If you are a low risk or very low risk applicant and renewing your licence you will only be required to place one notice in the local newspaper.
• If you are renewing a medium, high risk or very high risk licence you will be required to to place two notices in the local newspaper.
• If you are applying for an issue of a new licence you will be required to place two notices in the local newspaper regardless of risk category.

Deadlines are set by the newspapers for proofing and printing reasons. The days and times of deadlines are fixed and if a notice is received after the specified deadline time your notice will be placed in the print run the following week. Deadlines and publication days are outlined below.

ONLINE NOTICES - All ONLINE NOTICE ONLY are $150.00 Incl GST, Please be aware that you are required to either do 1 or 2 x newspaper notices by law. We offer these at significant discount than going direct to the newspaper. If you select online only you will have to organise and pay for your own newspaper notices separately.
